Delivery Information
We aim to ship orders within 3 working days. However please allow 5-7 working days, especially If your order has items with specific colour choices, and during our busier times. Products are handmade to order and this is why completion time is a little longer as you are ordering a bespoke product.
Once shipped your order should be with you in 1-2 working days for UK orders and longer for Europe or the rest of the world, based on Royal Mail service information.
Shipping costs for the UK are £5.50
Shipping costs for Europe are £17.00. This includes the flat rate of £3 customs charge that is now charged for UK items entering Europe and is collected by the receiving country.
Shipping costs for the rest of the world are £17.00
We reserve the right to charge additional postage for larger orders to europe or the rest of the world, any extra charge would be at cost.
USA orders will have the USA tax of 10% added and this will allow your order to be delivered directly to you, without hold up at customs.
European orders will be subject to customs tax when the order arrives in the designated country, the customer is responsible for paying this, Goodyball will not provide any refund for orders that have reached the destination country and then not completed.
All orders placed with Goodyball are shipped using Royal mails 1st class service, for international orders we use Royal Mail’s International Standard service.
Goodyball reserve the right to change postage costs as required.
